What is the hiring process for your drivers?
Our drivers are vetted on multiple standards, the base being the state and city requirements; including, but not limited to: complete state of Indiana background check with fingerprinting, regular physical inspection of vehicles, and commercially acceptable licensure & insurance through state.


If there is an incident with a driver who do I call ?
If your issue is an emergency, call 911. If you have a complaint, you can file it with our investigative team here. If your driver is late, or you have any other complaint needing immediate attention please call dispatch at 317.441.4715. If there is no answer please leave a message with the entirety of your complaint so we can fully address any issue.


Do you have an app?
Yes, but it is currently in beta and not available to the public at this time.


I booked online and did not receive a response. Why?
Some features are currently rolling out and not yet fully available. We are preparing your way as fast as we can!


Are your taxis licensed?
All carriers are appropriately certified by the administrative agency necessary. We actually require quite a bit more.


Do you service Medicare, Medicaid or other service providers?
Depending upon the account. We service multiple agencies for transportation in the midwest. Contact your insurance carrier and request us as your primary service today! If we are not in your network, please don't hesitate to ask again later. We may have added your account or provider since you last inquired.
